Convenient location, ski-in/ski-out, and clean room. The hotel is located very close to the ski resort, making it easy for guests to reach the slopes in no time. The ski-in/ski-out feature is an added bonus, making it easy to enjoy your day on the slopes without worrying about transportation. the room was clean and tidy, which is always a positive aspect when staying away from home.
Expensive facilities, terrible breakfast, and poor repairs. Unfortunately, the prices for the facilities at this hotel were too high compared to the value they offered.

This resort is an ideal place to stay for families with young children. The ski-in, ski-out location allows for easy access to the slopes and the ski school and entrance to the ski area are nearby. The hotel offers lots of different options for entertainment, including a wave pool, table tennis, and arcade games. In the mornings, there are early-morning amusement park visits and plenty of shopping options open for early birds. The rooms are cozy and comfortable with plenty of amenities, and the breakfast is exceptional.
The hotel can get crowded during peak times and reservations for restaurants can be hard to come by.

We had a wonderful stay at this place, surrounded by breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. The hotel's convenient location by the mini monorail and regular bus service to the shopping mall made it easy for us to access everything we needed, from ski rental and ski school to the entrance of the ski area and the gondola that took us to Mount Isola. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The on-site dining options provided delicious meals, including halal food for those with dietary restrictions. the comfort and quality services provided by this hotel exceeded our expectations.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had an amazing time skiing at this hotel with fantastic powder snow and enough choices for skiing or snowboarding. The hotel facilities, including coin-operated washers and dryers, storage for skis, poles and boots in the lockers, and the public bath were very useful and convenient. The location to the gondola which brings you to Mount Isola and the transportation service to the airport ahead helped us save time and made our stay hassle-free. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very nice and helpful.
Nothing to mention.

Great Snow, and the Skiing is awesome. We could not have asked for better weather conditions that made skiing so much more fun. The location is peaceful and quiet, offering amazing views of the surrounding landscape. We highly recommend the amazing spread of crab legs that the dinner buffet offers, a definite highlight of our stay.
We found the hotel to be quite expensive and overpriced for what we received. The staff were not very helpful and hospitable, which could be a downside for anyone looking for a more welcoming stay.
